    What is an anti-aging diet?

    Last I have to mention is the junk food. Everyone knows that it’s bad for your health. If you want to be healthier and more beautiful, you should limit junk food you eat and keep nutritious diet.

    Avocado: is a kind of fruit, but usually eaten as a vegetable. It contains monounsaturated fat which can help to lower the level of cholesterol. It includes some Vitamin E and prevents skin aging.

    Betties: the black and blue berries contain phytochemicals known as flavonoids-powerful antioxidants. It can defend our body against damage caused by free radicals and aging.

    Garlic: eating garlic can protect the body against cancer and heart disease.

    Ginger: its spicy root can boost the digestive and circulatory systems. It is very useful for older people. It can also alleviate rheumatic aches and pains.

    Watermelon: both of the flesh and seeds are nutritious. Eat them together better. The flesh contains vitamin A, B and C; the seeds contain selenium, essential fats, zinc and vitamin E.

    Water: be sure to drink eight glasses of water to remain healthy. Water can help us get rid of toxins and some waste materials.
